We would like to inform you about the procedures to be followed when sudden cancellations or changes occur outside of our business hours for [Search and book by yourself].

1.Domestic Flight

We are unable to cancel or change flights outside of our business hours.
Therefore, in the event of a sudden cancellation or change, please follow the steps below.

Important: Regarding JAL, there have been changes to the refund rules for domestic flights from April 12, 2023. Therefore, the cancellation procedure is different, so please be sure to check the link below.

Cancellation and changes for JAL Domestic Flights (From April 12, 2023 onwards)

Step 1: Contact the airline company

Please call the customer service center of the airline you made the reservation directly.
In such cases, you may be asked to contact the travel agency, but please be sure to let them know that the travel agency is not open for business.

※Please note the name of the airline’s telephone representative.

Step 2: Inform the person in charge of the confirmation items

In order for the airline to understand the details of your reservation, please provide the following “confirmation items” to make the process smoother.

2.International Flight

We are unable to cancel or change flights outside of our business hours.
Therefore, in the event of a sudden cancellation or change, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Contact the airline company

Please call the customer service center of the airline you made the reservation directly.

3.Domestic or International Hotel

Cancellations are possible from within the BORDER system, even outside of business hours. Please note that changes will require a new reservation, so please cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.

If a sudden cancellation or change occurs, we ask that you follow the procedures below on your own.

Step 1: Contact the call center

If a problem occurs outside of business hours and on the day of check-in, please contact the following. For other inquiries, please contact us via chat during our business hours.

Step 2: Inform the person in charge of the confirmation items

To help the representative understand your reservation details, it would be smooth if you could provide the following confirmation items. The confirmation items are listed in the reservation completion email ‘【BORDER】Your hotel reservation is complete’.

・Check-in and Check-out Date

4.Bullet Train

If it is before the quotation order deadline, please let the operator know.

Please refer to the following for procedures after ordering a quote.

For those who choose paper tickets

Change

Please complete the change procedure directly at the JR counter before your scheduled boarding time.

① If the amount becomes the same after the change

Changes can be made for free. (up to 1 time)

② If the amount increases after the change

Changes can be made by paying the difference at the counter. (up to 1 time)

③If the amount is reduced after the change

You will need to cancel your existing ticket and purchase a new ticket. If your departure date is less than 4 business days before our departure date, please purchase your ticket yourself.

Cancellation

In the case of cancellation, you will need to approve the refund quote after the ticket refund process has been completed.

Please contact the operator via chat to cancel and follow the steps below.

-Procedure flow-

①Please press the “Refund Request Certification Stamp” on the ticket at the JR counter before the scheduled boarding time.

②Please mail the stamped ticket to the ticketing company provided by the operator.

③Refund procedure at ticketing company

④Please order the refund estimate sent by the operator.

For those who choose QR code

Change

▼If you have not converted the QR code to a paper ticket

Please notify us of any changes via chat during our business hours.

If it is outside of our business hours or if you are in a hurry, please issue a paper ticket at the ticket vending machine and go directly to the JR counter before your scheduled boarding time.

※Note※

If the QR code is in use, we will not be able to assist you at the counter.
