If your company has subscribed to a 24/7 support plan, we will provide you with a telephone number for after-hours support, so please call that number and speak to a dedicated operator.

Customers who have not subscribed to the 24/7 support plan

You will need to call your airline or accommodation facility during the period of your stay and take care of the issue yourself. For information on how to contact airlines and accommodations, please Click the page below.

How to check your subscription plan

If your company subscribes to a 24-hour, 365-day plan, 緊急連絡先はこちら (emergency contact) will be listed in the summary column on the page after requesting business trip arrangements.

About our business hours

Weekdays: 9:00-18:00

Saturday: 10:00-17:00

Closed (outside business hours): Sundays / Holidays / Weekdays and Saturdays other than those listed above

*Business hours may change during Golden Week, Obon, and New Year’s holidays. If there are any changes, we will notify you of our business hours via your registered email address, so please check back.
