This page explains how to use the 24/365 support service, which is an emergency response service outside of our business hours.

Service coverage

• All operations related to ticketing, such as new reservations, changes, and cancellations of International airline tickets used by passengers
• New reservations, changes, and cancellations for International accommodation facilities and transportation facilities used by passengers
• Arrangements for passengers in need of urgent care such as illness or injury outside of Japan
• Contacting insurance companies in response to the need for emergency response
• Other operations that correspond to actions requested by passengers

How to use

Call the phone number below. At that time, you will be asked for your company name and name, so please answer them. Also, if you want English support, please tell us that you want English support.

Please let us know what service you would like.

In addition, if you want to change the reservation details of an existing flight ticket or accommodation facility, it will be smoother if you let us know the “Confirmation items when changing and reserving flight tickets and accommodation facilities” at the end of this page.

If you cannot get through when calling from overseas

When calling from overseas, the method for entering the country code may differ depending on your mobile phone contract. If you are unable to connect, please try the following:

Precautions for use

• Request as many things as possible in one call.
• The number of calls that can be made under the 24/365 plan is one per policy. Please note that from the second time onwards, an additional charge of 8,000 yen/call (excluding tax) will be incurred even if the inquiry is the same as the first one.
• The customer is responsible for the telephone bill.

Please note that you cannot use this service unless you are a plan subscriber.

24 hours a day, 365 days a year support service is subscribed on a company-by-company basis. If the company you belong to is subscribed to the 24/365 plan, it will be listed as [Emergency Contact] (緊急連絡先はこちら in Japanese) in the summary column of the page after requesting business trip arrangements.
