This page explains how to cancel or change a domestic flight ticket if you reserved it using BORDER’s [Search and book by yourself].

If the order is not approved by the quote order deadline, the order will be automatically canceled and no cancellation fee will be charged.

If you wish to cancel

Once the quotation order deadline has passed, it will be automatically canceled.

If you wish to make changes

Please purchase a new ticket yourself.

When purchasing tickets, you will be subject to cancellation fees when you click the “Payment button” in the quote.

If you wish to cancel

Please send a message in the thread that you wish to cancel. After confirming the message, we will send you a quotation regarding the cancellation, so please approve it.

Please send a message in the thread that you would like to change. After confirming the message, we will send you a quotation regarding the changes, so please approve.

About cancellations and changes outside of BORDER business hours

For outside BORDER business hours, please follow the instructions below.

Weekdays: 9:00-18:00

Saturday: 10:00-17:00

Closed (outside business hours): Sundays / Holidays / Weekdays and Saturdays other than those listed above

Cancellations and changes due to airline circumstances

  • Please contact your airline directly. After completing the procedures with the airline, please contact us via chat with the details as you will need to complete the procedures within the thread.
  • In the event of flight cancellation, delay, or suspension due to bad weather or equipment failure, cancellation fees prescribed by the airline may be waived.
  • If you transfer a canceled flight to another flight and then cancel the flight, a cancellation fee will normally be charged. (*Excluding cases where the rescheduled flight is also cancelled)
  • Please note that when you reschedule your flight, you will not be able to board if your original reservation is cancelled.

Notes regarding cancellation

  • When purchasing tickets, you will be subject to cancellation fees when you click the “Payment button” in the quote.
  • Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 5,500 yen per sector.
  • Airline cancellation fees vary depending on the airline and ticket type you booked. Please check the official website of each airline for details.
  • Arrangement fees are not refundable.
  • Please note that once a cancellation request has been made, it cannot be withdrawn.
  • Cancellations made after business hours (9:00-19:00 on weekdays, 10:00-17:00 on Saturdays) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that airline cancellation fees may change if your order is processed on the next business day.
  • Please cancel by the business day before your boarding date. Please note that we will not be able to accept refunds after the period has passed.

  • Only tickets that can be changed are eligible.
  • A change fee of 5,500 yen will be charged for each sector.
  • Airline change fees vary depending on the airline and ticket type you booked. Please check the official website of each airline for details.
  • Arrangement fees are not refundable
  • Please note that changes cannot be canceled once a change request has been made.
  • Changes made after business hours (9:00-19:00 on weekdays, 10:00-17:00 on Saturdays) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that the airline’s change fees may change if your order is processed on the next business day.
